The conference will be held at Arsenali, a beautiful 16th century building, initially used as a shipyard for the ships of the Venetian fleet. Over the years, its premises successively hosted the school of the Christian Community (1872), a number of theaters (1892), the public hospital (1923) and the Town Hall (1928 – 1941). In the last decades, it has been transformed into an impressive exhibition venue.

Regarding the connection from the Chania airport to the venue, there is a intercity KTEL bus line connecting the airport to the city center. The Chania central bus station is 15 mins walk from the venue. The duration of the bus trip from the airport to the city center is 25 minutes and it leaves every 30 minutes from 7:30 am to 23:59 pm.
